Our Sunday School/Vacation Bible School pre-registration picnic was held June 6th at the Peaks of Otter!  It was a beautiful day and lots of people came out to eat lunch, play and have a great time!

Hunting Creek Library Summer Reading Program

An important part of your child's summer can be to "Catch a Good Book", the summer reading program at Hunting Creek Baptist Church!

The program will begin Sunday, June 14th and end on Sunday August 2nd for all children birth and up.  The follow up party will be on Wednesday, August 5 at 10am in Camden Hall.  For every 2 books read or read to them, your child will receive a sticker to add to decorate their reading log.

Look high, look low and "Catch a Good Book!"...don't delay, read today!

St. Jude Bike-A-thon

The RA's sponsored the St. Jude Bike-a-Thon on Saturday May 16.  We had a great turnout...there were 26 participants who rode from 4-6 pm!  A hot dog dinner was served afterwards!  

Thanks to everyone who came out to support us...we raised $1,700 to help St. Jude in its ongoing fight against childhood cancer!  You can read more about St. Jude's at www.stjude.org.
